Catching shrimp with out a glass catcher?

Trying to cat these guys seems impossible!
Some people say glass pipette catcher, do not have one, how do you cat them when they are so darn fast!

If you get a moss ball, drop it in wait for them to swarm it then use a net and just get the whole thing the ball included. They sell the ball on this site. On the store page.
