How to Breed Opae Ula

Ive had a tank of About 20 Opae Ula for nearly 2 years now, but still havent had any babies! The Tank is in my bedroom which is around 20-23degrees , and Im fairly confident that I have both male and female shrimps! Is there any tips or tricks that anyone has to help me get them breeding!

do you have photos of your setup? what water conditions are you running? what sort of water and what SG?
