Be sure to check out the Planet Earth documentary currently being shown on the Discovery Channel. They are re-running it all the time and the episode on "Fresh Water" has some video of these shrimp feeding in the first few minutes of the episode.

I saw that one Sunday night, great clip of the feeding fans in action.
I also enjoyed the other oddball critters they filmed as well. The 6' salamanders were awesome...
