The one I bought is for human consumption from a health food company....why on earth anyone would want to have a spirulina shake is beyond me. :lol:

I bought some spirulina from that big old auction site....and it was fairly cheap too (it wasn't that cheap originally according to the sticker). I use it when I make my Critter Crisps©. :lol:

I bought a couple of coconut caves from my lfs which my shrimp and bn plec love. They don't alter my water though....have you tried boiling the coconuts for a while like you would bogwood?

Yes it's a cherry shrimp and not the only one to die according to the post about it on another forum. The person who owns the tank keeps a puffer in with them and I thought the shrimp looked almost chewed.....perhaps the puffer is a brackish puffer and he's keeping freshwater shrimp in there too. :?...

I've never seen planaria like that before....the planaria outbreak I had several years ago were just tiny little thread like worms which weren't tough to get rid of.

Interesting but also urgh.
