It is Pellia in very bad condition :-( at least a friend of mine gave me it as Pellia :-) In general I'm not sure if there is a difference between Pellia (Monosolenium tenerum) and Süßwassertang ... they look too similar at pictures in the net :-)

I have experience with other vegetables too - cucumber and red peppers (not hot). I have about 20 RCSs in this tank and they eat about 5 quad centimeters spinach for 1-2 hours maybe ... it is hard to say :-) I just take 2-3 young spinach leafs and boil them in microwave for few minutes. I use CO2 and fertilizer in my community tank and there are a lot of fishes, but my cherries doesn't have such behavior.

It looks like something in water parameters is not o.k. but I'm wondering what exactly.

Now I'm able to compare this blue shrimp with cherries - they looks in same wea, just the new shrimps are blue. Difference between my shripms and the shrim on the photo is that my shripms don't have darker areas on the top.
